Dinner At Six is a restaurant in Houten. They work with local producers, where they come to collect the products themselves.
The chef, Jules, approached me asking if I want to make their process visible on the wall. I have drawn a large field where all kinds of ingredients grow. From fishes to cows and leeks. Everything grows in that field. A person lands with a parachute in the field to explore. It is a new world for him, which means that he deals with the products full of surprise and wonder. As it should be! Food is special and we have to deal with it that way.
